  • Sometimes it's a comfort that time flies so fast.  I'm already sending out a new batch of nursing applications.  Other than that, there's not much else that's new.  I miss my bro who's away at college.  Work is  great.  And I'm really looking forward to spending eternity with Jesus, my Savior, in a completely sinless environment.  But, that means that right now is my chance to prove how much I love Him, when I can sin, but don't have to because He set me free.

  • Wow--has it really been four months since I was here last?  So much has happened.  I hardly know where to begin.  Most of you know I didn't get into nursing school for fall.  It was a terrible blow, but these last couple months have been an amazing journey toward contentment.    Now, I am starting a new nurse aid job in a hospital.  It's exciting to get hands on acute care experience!  The more I learn the more I realize I still have to learn...you know what I mean?  The schedule is awesome, too.  I only work three 12h shifts/week.  I still have lots of orientation ahead since I'm going to be in the float pool (working in every department).  It is the new challenge I've been craving.  That's for sure!
